Device Current Waveform Analyzer Mainframes
The mainframes of CX3300 series of Device Current Waveform Analyzers captures measured current waveforms by the Current Sensors with a maximum of 200 MHz wide bandwidth and a maximum of 1 GSa/s fast sampling rate. The data acquisition is done by 14-bit or 16-bit by just selecting the “High Speed Mode” or “High Resolution Mode” from the front panel. To maintain the low noise current sensing capabilities of the Current Sensors, the mainframes are also designed to minimize the noise even under such wide measurement bandwidth.
The WXGA 14.1” multi touch display has an enough space to simultaneously view the waveforms as well as analysis results. The advanced GUI (Graphical User Interface) and the familiar measurement functions drastically save the start-up time for new users. A wide variety of built-in analysis tools improve your debug efficiency and accelerate your insights.
The CX3300 series mainframes offer 2-channel and 4-channel models so that you can choose the most appropriate one based on the application, budget and required digital channel capability.
The CX3300’s dimensions are small enough to be used on your benchtop as a new and powerful measurement instrument.
